"Dream: Sept. 4, 2013: Anderson Cooper (CNN) is speeding in the hills of San Francisco. I’m afraid he’ll hit the kids in the street, so I put my hands over his eyes to make him stop. But instead, he speeds up, saying ‘Too bad for you: they taught me how to drive with hands over my eyes so I could get through villages in Egypt!’ Kids are jumping across the street—daughter Heather is in the back seat in a big carton of packing peanuts. She’s crying because I’m so upset!"
